The professional situation of teachers and school institutions during the pandemic" starts tomorrow.

The theatre of school life consists of two groups of main actors, the students, to whom we dedicated the December conference, and the teachers, whom we would like to portray during the March conference. It is interesting for us to obtain research information from the study we carried out, which was devoted to Teachers during the SARS COVID-2 plague.
Asking once again the question "What did the pandemic do to us?", we direct it towards the teaching community to share the results of the research on how they coped or failed to cope with the inability to teach; what was an advantage and what was a disadvantage in this teaching process, what are the consequences for the teachers themselves, for the subjects taught, for the student as a recipient of content, in relations with parents, self-perception of the teachers themselves as individuals and as a professional group.
Finally, we will confront questions about the management of institutions in crisis, about the role of the headmaster, who has to decide on the choice of teaching and managing the institution in a situation of divergent interests of various groups of beneficiaries and stakeholders in the school institution.
We will also inevitably face the question: Has the Polish teaching profession passed the test in the difficult time of the pandemic of its ethos approach to the profession and its mission?
