As part of our project, we have completed the pilot research phase. For three months we conducted auditorium questionnaires with students, parents, teachers and school psychologists. As part of the qualitative part of our research, we also conducted individual interviews and focus group interviews.
The first stage of the research allowed us to verify the adopted research tools. Thanks to them, the main research process will be more efficient. Above all, we hope that it will be more reliable.
As the pilot research is mainly of a working nature and we cannot draw far-reaching conclusions about the nature of the whole phenomenon on its basis, we would not like to present the results. However, at this stage it can be said that remote learning and long periods of time spent at the computer have a significant impact on children and adolescents. Lack of contact with peers is also a big problem.
We hope that the main research, which starts in the spring, will provide us with answers to the basic research questions we pose to our project.
