 Tatiana Ronginska

Psychologist in the field of work and management psychology, including leadership psychology. He deals with psychological diagnostics in the field of professional usefulness and features conditioning leaders' behaviour. Co-founder and first Director of the Institute of Psychology at the University of Zielona Góra, head of the Department of Psychology of Work and Management. She has conducted many research projects, including international ones, such as: "Psychological burden in the teaching profession and occupations related to working with people, Psychological support of entrepreneurs" together with the University of Potsdam. Member of the Committee on Organization and Management Sciences, Poznań Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She has a rich scientific output: over 100 bibliographic items: including - 5 scientific monographs, about 100 publications in Polish and foreign monographs and renowned journals. She was a supervisor and organiser of cyclical conferences "Project: Master" conducted by students of Psychology at the UZ in cooperation with representatives of regional art institutions (Zielona Góra Philharmonic), business (Hertz-Systems, MB-Pneumatics and others), devoted to the topic of professional development of a person on the path to becoming a master. Professional involvement and scientific interests of the psychologist contributed to the creation of the Business Leaders Centre of the University of Zielona Góra in 2021 in the division of the Vice-Chancellor for Cooperation with the Economy. By the decision of His Magnificence the Rector of the University of Zielona Góra, as of 1 June 2021, Dr Tatiana Ronginska, Prof. UZ is appointed Director of the Centre for Business Leaders of the University of Zielona Góra. The creation of a new, innovative structure at the University of Zielona Góra, which is the CLB UZ, is of great practical importance in terms of cooperation between the university and the business environment, and the tasks of the CLB UZ also include working with talented young people to identify and support leadership potential.
